about
us
Improwise
uses live jazz performance alongside management expertise
to demonstrate how individuals and organisations can
enhance innovation, creativity, team building, change
management and leadership. Clients include Virgin
Media, Exxon Mobil, Lovells, Ernst & Young, Lloyds
TSB and many others.
We
deliver sessions at conferences, and we run seminars
and workshops. Our sessions look specifically at the
way your business works, at the opportunities for
change and innovation, in how you work together as
a team, and how your business, your products and services
could change over time.
By
giving you an insight into the way jazz musicians
do what they do, you can adopt new 'jazz techniques'
and change the way you work.

what's
in the news?
Global
management consultants, Accenture, are currently running
a high profile campaign with the following message:
"Our
proprietary research on over 500 of the
world's most successful companies finds that high
performers not only excel at fundamentals,
they're also brilliant at improvisation."
They
show a breakdown of Tiger Wood's performance based
a blend of 75% classical and 25% jazz. Another great
demonstration of the relevance of jazz and improvisation
to 21st Century performance, in business, in sport
and in life. Details of Accenture's study of high
performers can be found at www.accenture.com/research
